Benefits of servant-leadership

   Hello there! What would you say are some of the benefits of serving as an Overcomers group facilitator? How about these for starters? 

1. Personal growth through the practical application of the Word (None of us have arrived.)
2. A safe place to be real with one another (Dealing with Feeling communication game helps) 
3. An opportunity to help others develop a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ (What a joy!)
4. Fulfillment as the God of the universe works through us (Awe inspiring to realize)

Facilitators, we love and appreciate you though we may not have met you in person. Please feel free to share your experience, questions and comments.
